On the set of the 1947 film, 'Sons of Matthew', written, directed and produced by Charles Chauvel. Co-written and associate-produced by Chauvel's wife, Elsa. From left to right: L. R. Rolston, Elsa Chauvel, Charles Chauvel, A. Rolston and J. Rolston. Bush dwelling in background possibly the property of Thomas Egan at Tylerville, Queensland. Tylerville was named after William Tyler the owner of the local sawmill. The film was shot on location in: Rathdowney, Queensland; Sydney, New South Wales; and South East Queensland.
