Wallaroo is located around the border between the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales and has a population of around 770 (51.6% male, 48.4% female). Around 215 families live in the area and of those 38.6% have one or more children under the age of 15. 9.8% of families have only a single parent while 37.2% of couples have no children.
