The Grange Burn drops around 107m over its 34.1km length. The Grange Burn flows through Lake Hamilton (176m) on its way to joining the Wannon River. The following creeks and rivers flow into the Grange Burn: Muddy Creek, Voilet Creek and McKinnon Creek. Grange Burn is highlighted in yellow on the map below.
