The Barkly Highway is a sealed road in Queensland and the Northern Territory. It goes from Three Ways Roadhouse in the Northern Territory to near Cloncurry in Queensland.

The Barkly Highway's highest elevation along its length is 456m (highlight point | zoom to point) and the lowest point is at 193m (highlight point | zoom to point).

The Barkly Highway connects with the Burke Developmental Road, the Cloncurry Dajarra Road, the Diamantina Developmental Road, the Flinders Highway, the Gregory Downs Camooweal Road, the Ranken Road, the Stuart Highway, the Tablelands Highway, the Thorntonia Yelvertoft Road and the Urandangi Road.
