The Hope River in west Western Australia starts at an elevation of 446m and ends at an elevation of 413m merging with the Yalgar River.
The Hope River drops around 33.2m over its 91.2km length.
The Hope River flows through Lake Annean (443m), Berrin Pool (424m), Kilekilegunna Pool (418m) and flows into Yalgar Pool (413m) on its way to joining the Yalgar River.
The Tieraco Creek flows into the Hope River.
