Frances emigrated with her husband Fredrick,two step children and her own infant son in 1870.Both were employed at "The Grange " at Pimpama by the Reverend Issac Harding..In a two day period the following April,both her son and stepson died and were buried on the property,their graves are believed to be unmarked but in the existing cemetary at the Uniting Church at Pimpama which was originally part of the Grange property.She had another son George shown on her immediate left,born on the property in 1872 plus a further 8 children in Petrie Terrace and still managed to become a successful business woman in her own right.Photo shows the wedding of Frances' daughter to Albert Quaife in 1908
