Inscribed on original: ' O.M.D. Bell; Ethel Seymour (father D. T. Seymour); C. S. A.(?) Bell; Eveline Griffith (Sir Samuel Griffith's daughter, now Mrs Tom Brown) . D. T. Seymour was Queensland Commissioner of Police. Eveline Griffith married Thomas Brown in 1894.
